Odisha CHSE Plus II exams from today
The annual Plus II Examinations, conducted by the Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE), began on Wednesday at 1145 locations across Odisha.

In total, 3,57,942 students have registered to take the exams. While 2,33,855 students are from the Arts stream, 93,894 are from Science, 24,331 are from Commerce, and 5862 are from Vocational.
The examinations are being carried out under CCTV surveillance. The exams will begin at 10 a.m. on the scheduled days and end on April 5, according to sources.
Students are permitted to enter the examination centers 30 minutes before the start of the exams.
There are 202 examination management hubs in total, where the question papers are stored.
While candidates will be given answer sheets 15 minutes before the exam, question papers will be given to them five minutes before the exam.
The CHSE has formed special squads to prevent malpractice during the examination.
Meanwhile, agitating teachers from 662 category colleges have agreed to take part in the exams for the sake of the students.
According to the sources, the state government has requested an extension until March 12 to consider the teachers' demands, which include a pay raise and the removal of anomalies.
