IAS officer Mansi Nimbhal has been appointed as the Director of Tourism in Bhubaneswar.

The General Administration & Public Grievance Department has appointed IAS Mansi Nimbhal as the Director of Tourism following her return from study leave and subsequent joining of the State Government. She received the order under notification No. PT1-GAD-SER1-ESTT-0001-2016- 7476 IAIS.I. Additionally, she will continue to hold the position of Managing Director of the Odisha Tourism Development Corporation.
In another appointment, IAS Samarth Verma (RR-2011) has been designated as the Director of Technical Education & Training, Odisha. He was previously serving as the Director of Tourism, while also holding the additional roles of Managing Director of the Odisha Tourism Development Corporation and Managing Director of the Odisha Film Development Corporation. He is authorized to maintain his position as Managing Director of the Odisha Film Development Corporation as well.
