Woman, Two Minor Daughters Found Dead In Jharsuguda
Jharsuguda: On Wednesday, the bodies of a woman and her two daughters were discovered in a residence in Ganganagar, Jharsuguda, under the Brajrajnagar police limits.
Sony Podar (28), Muskan (5), and Radhika were among those who died (3). They are from the state of Chhattisgarh. Narayan Podar, Sony's husband and a daily wage labourer, has gone missing.
The family was renting a house in Ganga Nagar's Fatak Pada. When Sony did not come out as she usually did in the morning, her neighbours looked through the window and discovered the bodies. They alerted the authorities, who raced to the scene and began an investigation.
The incident has prompted police to question the neighbours. Sony's father reported that the couple had a quarrel a few days ago over a household issue.
The cause of the deaths has yet to be determined.
