Late Monday, the body of a lawyer who had been missing since March 9 was discovered inside a well at Nuasahi under Bidanasi police limits in Odisha's Cuttack city.

Cuttack: Late Monday, the body of a lawyer who had been missing since March 9 was discovered inside a well at Nuasahi under Bidanasi police limits in Odisha's Cuttack city.
The deceased, identified as Arya Choudhury, lived in Telenga Bazaar.
Arya, according to sources, left his home on March 9. When he did not return home, his family, suspecting foul play, filed a police report. He was found dead, however, and the body was recovered from the well by police and taken to SCB Medical College and Hospital here for a postmortem.
Arya's mother suspects that her son was murdered and his body was later dumped in the well.
Police have launched an investigation to determine what caused his death.
