"I was sleeping when I heard a noise and then experienced the mild tremors," said a local resident. Another individual who felt the tremors shared, "I was out for a morning walk between 7:10 and 7:15 am when I first heard a sound and felt some dizziness. It was only later that I learned from others that it was an earthquake."

Meanwhile, clarity regarding the situation is expected once the National Centre for Seismology releases updates about the earthquake's intensity and epicenter.
