Kamala Ojha has been identified as the deceased.
Sources say accused Ajay Ojha and his wife used to fight over domestic issues. Their feud turned ugly late Tuesday night when Ajay, enraged, attacked Kamala with a crowbar. She died in an instant.
Ajay eventually closed the door and went to sleep. When his door was discovered closed in the morning, his neighbors suspected something was wrong and knocked on it. Ajay is accused of attacking them with a crowbar.
Following information from locals, police rushed to the scene on Wednesday and seized the body for postmortem examination.
