New Delhi: Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs celebrated the Day for Dissemination of Democratic Values (D3) here today. On this occasion, a video was telecasted for the staff of the Ministry. 

The video tutorial was of Youth Parliament. A link of the video tutorial was shared with the staff for further dissemination with friends and family, to maximise the message of the tutorial.
