2 killed, 3 critical as SUV carrying marriage party members turns

Baripada: On Sunday night, their SUV overturned near Taramara on the Thakurmunda-Anandpur route in Odisha's Mayurbhanj district, killing two people and critically injuring three others.
The victims were relatives and family members of the groom, who was from Godabhanga village and had travelled to Sukruli for his wedding on Sunday evening. At before 2 a.m., the Bolero they had chartered collided with a roadside culvert and flipped near Taramara.
Kshetrabasi Maharana (62) and Kulamani Maharana (55) of Godabhanga village were recognised as the deceased. Thakurmunda firefighters rescued three individuals who were in critical condition from the vehicle.
Prashant Kumar Pati of Satkosia, the driver, was badly injured in the collision.
