Odisha bagged three awards 67th National Film Awards

At the 67th National Film Trophies presented by Vice President M. Venkaiah Naidu in New Delhi on Monday, Odisha bought three awards from the regional movie category.
'Sala Budhar Badla' from Sabyasachi Mohapatra, and 'Kalira Atita' from Nila Madhab Panda were given on Ashutosh Pattnaik's 'Srikhetra Sahi Jata.' The National Award for Best Odia was won on this event.
"Give Mother Earth this honour with hands folded. As a filmmaker Kalira Atita is my first Odia movie. The film is about the world. I'm really happy and honoured to earn this National Film Award," tweeted Panda.
Kalira Atita, written, directed and produced by Panda, revolving around the life in which the increasing sea level devoured a guy from Odisha's Satavya hamlet in the Kendrapada area. This video featuring his personal anguish of watching the ferociable village-by-village sea encryption plays Pitobash Tripathy.
The celebrated 'I Am Kalam,' which received 34 foreign prizes and a national honour, began his celluloid adventure by Panda, a Padma Shree award winner.
His future work was also focused on issues concerning the environment and children.
Babloo Happy Hai, Kaun Kitney Paani Mein and Kadvi Hawa are other movies he has made.
