Kovind, Modi, and Naveen extend greetings to the people of Odisha on Utkal Diwas

Bhubaneswar: On the occasion of Utkal Diwas, President Ram Nath Kovind, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik sent greetings to the people of Odisha.

The president tweeted:

"On Odisha Day, my greetings to the people of the state. The land of the temples of Jagannath, Lingaraj, Konark and other rich heritages, Odisha gave the world a message of peace and love, shunning violence. My best wishes for the progress of the state”. 

Modi complimented the people of Odisha for their significant contribution to the country's development. He praised the state's cultural legacy and wished Odisha a prosperous future.

The Prime Minister also wished people on this occasion, "Greetings on the special occasion of Utkala Dibasa. I bow to the unique culture of Odisha. The people of Odisha have contributed immensely to India's progress. May the people of the state be blessed with happiness and good health," PM Modi tweeted.  

CM Naveen Patnaik, too, expressed his greetings to the Odisha people.

“Health greetings and wishes to all on Odisha Divas. I pay tributes to luminaries by whose efforts Odisha was formed on the basis of language. Let us uphold the pride of Odisha and strengthen our joint efforts for development of Odisha. Bande Utkal Janani,” tweeted the Chief Minister in Odia.
