Odisha Congress Leader Nabin Nanda Resigns From Party
Bhubaneswar: Nabin Nanda resigned the party on Thursday as former MLA of Dhenkanal and Congress Leader.
After being dismissed from the ruling BJD in 2019, Nanda joined the Congress before the previous general election in the state.
In July of last year, Naveen Patnaik, president and chief minister of the BJD had driven Nanda out of the party following his arrest from the spa in Kolkata where the rackets of sex worked on behalf of massages.
Nanda, who began his panchayat political career, competed in four parliamentary elections. He was voted MLA from Gondia and Dhenkanal thrice in the Assembly.
