Student discovered dead in CIPET Hostel in Balasore

Balasore: At the Central Institute of Petrochemicals Engineering & Technology (CIPET) in Bampada, in the Balasore district of Odisha, a student was discovered hanging on Thursday.
Vivek Sahu, a murdered student from Puri's Batamangala neighbourhood, was discovered hanging in his dorm room.
Sahu's family members reportedly said that he took the drastic measure because of ragging, according to media sources. They have urged for a high-level investigation into the death.
