12-Year-Old Girl Rescued From Retd Collector’s House In Bhubaneswar

A12-year-old girl was rescued from the house of a retired Collector from IRC Village, Bhubaneswar on Monday where she was allegedly engaged as a domestic help.
Acting on a tip-off, a team of Childline rescued the minor girl with the help of Nayapalli police. She will be produced before Child Welfare Committee (CWC).According to sources, the minor girl was allegedly trafficked from her village in Berhampur in Ganjam district in November 2020 and engaged in domestic work at the residence of the retired Collector.
