Bhubaneswar: Manoj Mohapatra, the spokesperson for the Odisha Congress, resigned from the party on Saturday. Mohapatra submitted his resignation to Sarat Pattanayak, the new PCC chief who was appointed only a week ago.
'Vested interests,' according to Mohapatra, are abusing the party.
