Bus Overturns In Odisha’s Koraput, Five Injured

Jeypore: Due to severe fog and limited visibility, an Odisha State Road Transport Corporation (OSRTC) bus toppled on NH 26 in Odisha's Koraput district on Tuesday, injuring five people.
According to sources, the tragedy occurred while the bus, which was carrying 40 passengers, was travelling from Visakhapatnam to Umerkote. The injured were taken to Koraput's district headquarters hospital for treatment.
After the accident, another bus was dispatched to transport the remaining passengers to Umerkote. The accident's specific cause is still being investigated by police.
Koraput, in particular, reported severe fog this morning, which decreased visibility by 50 metres.
